Is there something unusually special about this brand that makes them better than other brands?

Yes the packaging. cant you tell these have a pretty picture of stars and planets and stuff.
Those other batteries you linked looks awful with just 1 wave on the packet.

Oh man, how obvious! Can't believe I missed that… ;)

    • Hi mate.

Can't imagine there's a big difference. We've included shipping for those who don't feel like a trek to Aldi :)

      • Okay, just wasn't sure what the bargain here was, thought they might have been extra special or something. I'm still not sure I get it but whatever, the people shall decide.

Can you disclose the 'use by date' or whatever they call it for batteries, should be on the pack somewhere.

        • Price fixed now. Apologies.

  • For anyone that's wondering, LR03 just means they're Alkaline. Source.

So… about that use by date?

    • Finding out the date for you

I always buy mine from Bunnings for $9.00 (since I visit Bunnings pretty often). The AAA batteries I get work pretty well and are CHEAP! For something made in Germany and Alkaline can't beat the value!

  • Free shipping doesn't seem to work on the 20 pack…?
