Dune 4WD 12V 120Ah LiFePO4 Lithium Battery $349 (Member's Price) C&C / in-Store Only @ Anaconda

Looks like Anaconda have joined the battery party. Very similar pricing to Kings also with a 3 year warranty which is great.

Some might preffer the option of dealing with Anaconda rather than kings or one of the fire starter ebay specials.

• High Capacity & Power: 120Ah nominal capacity and 1536Wh nominal power provide ample energy for running appliances, powering electronics, and more.

I'm pretty sure everyone would prefer to deal with Anaconda rather than Kings for warranty. Kings warranty can be painful.

120amp continuous discharge is pretty good for that price too. Better than most with 50amps

  • Cheers Op!

Live been looking for a battery to put into my dune battery box.

What's the most cost efficient way to charge these??

    • Solar panel

      • Yes, but you need an MPPT as well as the Solar Panel.

Interesting - can anyone work out if prismatic cells or pouch cells? Looks very similar in specs to the Kings 120ah with prismatic cells which is highly regarded. Similar in price too. But as first commenter says, Anaconda would be heaps better retailer than 4wd supercenter.

    • Anaconda's web specs are typically very poor so I guess we shouldn't be surprised that they don't now how to advertise an LFP. No BMS info (not unusual at this price point), no cell type/grade, no number of cycles, no weight, no dimensions, no parallel/series connection info. But it is 'designed for Oz conditions'!

Someone in the Anaconda ecosystem should have the info but good luck extracting it.

  • Been wanting that deal from kings with 2 x 100ah lithium batteries for $399 to come back but now I’m seeing this and the eBay special.
