    From the manufacturer's website:

    If using HDMI, verify your source device does not use HDCP copy protection (the PS3 uses HDCP on HDMI). If this is the case use the Component video input.

    So this does not support HDCP. So you can't use it with Foxtel, Tivo or anything else that uses HDCP over HDMI. :-(

      Thanks for that, had a feeling that might be the case.
      Just read the Foxtel manual and it only does an SD signal over Component… bummer!

      No, it wont work without a power inverter if it is 110V.
