Where to get cheap men shorts?

I'm looking for plain chino shorts or similar styles around the price range of $15-$30. Was going to get some on asos with the 10% coupon plus the 50% sale but ended up waiting too long…

    i go to bali and get them for 3 dollars but you also the little stall setups in some shopping malls do the ok ones for 2 for 25

    I just wait for a cotton on deal etc to update my wardrobe, works pretty well so far. Occasionally pick up stuff from Anaconda, rivers,rebel etc.
