  Carton damaged…

  Does that mean the cartons were dropped, bashed, etc? Contents also damaged?

    None of the contents would be damaged. The products also come with the same warranty as a new one.
    Think of the glossy boxes most products come in these days. If you drag one of these - on the glossy side - along concrete warehouse floor you will have a less glossy looking box. That is what most of our Carton Damaged products look like. Others may have a ripped corner or hole in the box but we guarantee that the product itself has no marks and is the equivalent to a brand new product.
