  • Good price for these cans. I'd still spend a bit more and get the 880s (bloody Beyer and their irrational model numbers) but I've not seen these dip below 200 clams before.

  • +2

These are on ear headphones, totally different to DT880s. You should compare these to sennheiser HD 25 II

I just got a pair of them not long ago and I think they are better than the HD 25. In looks, build quality and sound (HD 25 got more bass but these have enough but mid and highs are much better)

The cheapest HD 25 was $150 while these cost $50 more and for what they are I think it's a very good price.

I have a pair of HD800 which is better in everyway but its not portable and its open design. I was looking for something that i can use at night when everyone is sleeping, on plane and public transport The DT 1350 is perfect. Its portable comfortable, good noise isolation and you can wear it on your neck and it looks good.

If you are looking for a good portable on ear headphone these should be considered.

    • Very well said, makes me want to get a pair, but I've got Shure SE420 IEM for my portable use, so I must resist :P

I'm saving up for HIFIMAN HE500.

What source/dac/amp do you use for your HD800?

  • Gone up to $232 US already, was just about to buy a pair after reading the reviews :(

Edit: Sorry - still available need to purchase from Amazon.com in the more buying choices box :)

    • The deal is still there but you need to select Amazon as the seller :)

      • Got it, thanks for the deal sheepy, cant wait to get these headphones!

        • No worries :)

After reading tuk's review makes me want to get a pair myself , only if I got a spare hundred buck to spend.

  • +1 for something electrical acknowledging "Tesla Technology"..

  • Great price for the king of super-aural headphones!

  • I've ordered mine two days ago and I also optioned for the faster delivery which was $199 + $40. Still cheaper, because they go for about $379 in Australia. It still hasn't been shipped though:/
