      Grilled strips are $2.95 each and Piece of original are $3.00 each and Crispy Strips are $2.95 each

    Does this replace the 9 pieces for $10 deal?

    I'd prefer 9 pieces of actual chicken pieces than this deal (yummy as the strips are).

      That deal was finished in Melbourne. I tried last week and they told me a new one was coming up, but wouldn't tell me what! Now I know :)

      Here in Sydney, yes, its finished. The 9 pieces for $10 stopped at the store I usually go to, and this 12 for $12 appeared in its place. It's reasonable value I suppose, but I also prefer the 9 for $10 one. The 'strips' are fairly large, probably the standard size not the mini, I dunno, I never bought them voluntarily before! But the strips are breast meat… gah!

      I think I speak for every fast food employee here when I say, stop being an impatient prick and lighten up! It's just chicken. And we do our best given our low wages/poorly staffed stores.

        Kfc in my area is the worst. They working so slow and make uncomplete order. Last time i didnt check my order as it was not busy at all, going home and find out no chips and strips for streetwise pack, going back and only 3 people ahead me but wait for 35min. A lot of staff behind but all of them just walking around and pretend they all busy.

        It is not just chicken!!!!

          Haha yeah, I've been to a few KFCs in my day, but the one near the house I just moved too is usually pretty slow. Usuallty no strips for the streetwise burger etc. It's not like they're all like that though.

        So because you get paid low wages means customers should put up with bad service?

        I am not saying there should be no line or that you must provide Michelin Star service, but calling customers pricks sure doesn't sound very warranted?

        What does 'Its Just Chicken' mean?

    Low wages my ass. Look at the SDA website, full adult wage is over $18 part time, cracking $20 casual. Anyway, KFC is rubbish since they stopped cooking in lard. Those
    "healthy" oils have no flavour and are just oily crap.

    Got some today from the Sydney Central store.

    I asked if I could have 3 crispy strips, and 3 grilled strips along with 6 hot & spicy. But when I got home, what I found was 3 crispy stripe, 6 hot & spicy and 3 original fillet. WIN !!! :)
