Does anyone know where this is? I'm pretty sure it's in Australia. Great initiative, and word should be spread for those in need.

Doing a Google Image search shows up all those attention grabbing blog posts titled "photos that will restore your faith in humanity", yet none of them have reference on the source of this photo. Don't seem to be Australian either.

Edit: A bit more search that this seems to be indeed in Melbourne. The parking metre in the photo reveals it.

I've seen it outside Subway's Collins st store in Melbourne, near Southern Cross station.

It's in Swantson St, Carlton (VIC) next to Melbourne Uni. They've been doing it for a few years.
