I have them for home insurance. I've only ever made one claim and it was relatively smooth, the biggest issue was the delay over Christmas when everything was closed, followed by the delays during the Brisbane floods when all the tradesmen were busy fixing important things rather than replacing my cosmetically hale damaged things. These were more due to the contractors than the insurance though.
Overall, service has been acceptable.
