      Yep, I got mine from Amazon for around $170 but I think i rather pay $199 for Australian warranty and Australian cable. (I had to buy a different cable for around $8)

        No, but anything is possible. A Bose speaker is about the same price as this at Amazon. So the sound quality could be similar?

          lol!! are you trying to say bose is good?
          I have a set of these back in melb, have had them for 3 years or so and they have been great..
          only thing i dont like is that there is no off switch.. well i think they did update on the 3rd generation with a switch attached to the subwoofer

    How you know the sound is good if you don't listen to it before you buy?

    Any retailers in Syd have demo to listen with? Looks great and really want to buy in.

    You can try and get HN to price-match JB-HiFi if HN is closer to you - they'll also give you 10% of the difference. Yeah, I know they're not as honest as OW with price matching but worth mentioning.

      same, got one from JB at $180 with a copy of someone's receipt from a old post. good speaker, wish it has a remote though. there is a wireless version but not sure when it'll hit Aust

    good speakers if you like looking at a uterus, soundwise i have heard both and yes the B's are better (my opinion though). Getting back on topic pricewise its decent compared to overseas for local warranty etc.
