The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey - Blu-Ray + DVD $25 at Target

120

Gozer: Are you a God?
Dr Ray Stantz: No….
Gozer: Then… DIE!!! ZAP
Winston Zeddemore: Ray, when someone asks you if you're a god, you say "YES"!
Dr. Peter Venkman: All right! This chick is TOAST!

Ah well they sure don't make them like they used to, but none the less…best price I have seen for the Hobbit so far (eBay a few cents cheaper). 2 hours and 49 minutes long.

DVD only for $20 for those interested

The Hobbit Bluray 3d + Bluray + UV copy from Amazon.co.uk for £13.33

    • is UK UV code redeemable in aus?

      • Like with JB Hi-Fi's new video service?

      • It's not like UV works anyway, even the Australian ones I have issues with. Its just one odd program.

    • Plus UKP 3.58. Total. UKP 16.91 = approx AU$25.52

You can buy the Hobbit 3D blu-ray delivered for $25.50 AUD from Amazon UK. Why settle for the 2D release.

    • If you don't have a 3D TV of course

I don't have a 3D TV but i still bought the Hobbit 3D blu-ray from Amazon UK as it also comes with the 2D disc plus it's future proof if i want to upgrade to a 3D TV. You get the two 3D discs and the one 2D disc plus another disc for the UV copy in the case. Better value than the one from Target. I paid a whopping $24.80 for it about a month ago.

I stopped reading when you said you don't have a 3D TV. ING pay wave gets it down to $23.75. Invest your $1.77 until you get your 3D TV / 3D blu ray player+v1.4 HDMI

28 degrees card needed to avoid the foreign transaction fees, mines in the mail.

          Each to their own

        • What has ING paywave got to do with it?

        • You don't have that opportunity on amazon

          3D is the devil.

  • SPOILERS!

  • The DVD is $19 at BigW till the 11th of May.

Who still buys DVD these days?

      • True, the only time I purchase a DVD is if its a kids show for the little 1, otherwise Blu all the way.
This kind of film needs the FHD experience w/surround sound to be enjoyed.
