i picked mine up a while ago for 379 and that was cheap. this is even cheaper. tempted to get another one for the sake of picking up an awesome deal :D

          the battery will run for 35mins-55mins depending on how often you actually change settings, leave it on, wifi, connection to iphone etc
          depending on what activity you are doing it usually is long enough as with this footage its the quality not length which really counts

          you can order cheap battery packs from amazon 3rd party and highly rated if necessary

          i have filmed swimming, urbex, fights, nerfdart tag, floods, breath test from police and lots of other odd and fun stuff

          Wow - only 35-55 mins battery - i guess something got choped in the smaller form factor. I've got the '1' GoPro HD (model before GoPro 2) and it could last about 2hrs recording time turning it on and off over say 6hrs snowboarding. No wifi drain though.

          Changing the battery is a bit of a pain (in that model anyhow, not sure about 3) becuase it was a very tight fit - which is good from the aspect that it's not moving about while using it.

        Well..warranty is under the seller not GoPro directly i guess because this is a grey import. However, they only require you to send back to Sydney if there's anything wrong within 12 months as mentioned in the terms and conditions
