      A true Ozbargainer

      You really are…hahaha

      Have a good night

    • You can't be a true Ozbargainer with that lax attitude.
You'll need to find $2 Jeans to go with the $2 shoes. Add to that a $2 T-shirt.

Though these will do 'till someone finds us $2 jeans.

      • got the free Hanes tshirt +jocks + socks from ozsale.

so those off set the expense of the jeans.

ANd now here is Sefan…. Stefan is styled by Aldi of Euro.

  • Some great bargains there. Aldi are on fire.

  • Can't believe this only got 4 (!) votes as I write this.
Will be picking up at least 2 Special Buys tomorrow, and more than likely 3 or more of them.

    • doubt you'll find them tomorrow - the day after more likely :)

      • You saved me a disappointing trip :)

  • Still only 4 votes?
For the love of all things holy…I feel tempted to duplicate the post :)

    Fantastic Special Buys.

Bought the jeans & wallet & wool top & camera bag.

    $15 camera bags
    http://www.aldi.com.au/au/html/offers/2827_26792.htm
There are 3 (or 4, can't remember) different camera bags on sale. Some small and some about 3x larger; all the same price. Large can easily fit DSLR and a spare lens or two. Some come with an extra "mini case" which is great. Construction and padding isn't the best I've seen on some of the bags but it's value and good protection for your camera gear regardless. Designs vary a bit; there is even one with a printed white design on it (which I avoided). Expect to spend a bit of time deciding if you don't know what you want.

    $20 wool tops
    http://www.aldi.com.au/au/html/offers/2827_26796.htm
The woool tops; some come wtih half-zip and some come with full zip. Keep that in mind. They are excellent value. The brown one I have seems to be half-zip. The others I've looked at seem to have a zip that goes all the way down. Zips seem to be constructed well and the wool feels good enough. LOTS of bargain action happening on the woolen top table at my local ALDI. These will probably sell out before most other items. Lots of sizes on offer, but probably not if you wait too long.

    $10 wallet
    http://www.aldi.com.au/au/html/offers/2827_26793.htm
The wallet is slim and understated and is good for notes and cards. It has pockets for 6 plastic cards (along with 2 'hidden' pockets behind them, left side and right side. It has 2 main "note" sleeves with black, grey & red-striped lining (some might dislike this; it's not bad). It is constructed well and should hold up. The thing I love most is that it's UNBRANDED. The only writing you will see in the wallet are the words "GENUINE LEATHER" pressed into the leather (not printed). The words are seen in the lower left as you open the wallet. I dislike branded wallets and clothing, so if you are the same, I think the wallet is well woth your consideration. Excellent value at $10.

    $7 jeans
    http://www.aldi.com.au/au/html/offers/2827_26794.htm
Jeans are incredible value. The front pockets are constructed of a slightly cheap material compared to my Levi's, but nearly everything else seems to come up equivalent. I think they will hold up well. I wash my jeans inside-out and separately from the rest of the wash. I usually throw several jeans at once in cold water and use no detergent for maximum life of the cotton (and fade resistance). I will treat these the same and hope they last for many years.

What a fantastic bunch of goods at Aldi. To only receive 5 votes on these specials is one of the biggest travesties on OzBargain, in my opinion :) Where are you, people?!

Looking forward to those fantastic Saturday specials now.

    Over and out :)

  • disappointed that bamboo trunks were in the printed catalogue but not online and so not in-store :(

    • besides not being in favour of the effort required to process bamboo fibre - bamboo socks are a winner on the feet. so bamboo trunks would be interesting tonester.
