      The mic should work fine on android it just might be a question of if the volume + and - buttons work with your device. I've had pairs of Brainwavz Betas and Wicked Audio Jawbreakers and both the mic and hang up/answer button worked fine.

    If you look at the pictures and the name of the product the white one that is sold out is in-ear (ie. goes further in to canal) whereas the other colours are just regular earbuds that sit at the entrance of your ear.

    I purchased a pair of the white in ear earphones and received a white pair of the earbuds instead. Has this happened to anyone else?

        I'm pretty sure they'll expect us to return them and get a refund which is pretty annoying… I doubt that they have any of the ones we were expecting in stock.

          Update: They replied to me and they will refund me without me having to return the earphones. Hopefully you guys will be able to get the same result when/if you get in touch with them.

          Sorry for the late reply!I contact Zavvi through their contact form attached to the 'previous orders' section of their site. I just told them that I had received the incorrect product and was a little bit disappointed, and a day later they issued me with a refund and an apology. Maybe I just got lucky?

      I contacted them because my order was taking so long, they replied saying they sent it to me on the 15/04, and that they would follow it up with the courier and in the meantime would refund me the money.
