    Physical DLC for a childs video game. You place the figures on a reader and it unlocks the character in-game.

        Used to be. With all the price drops, it's crazy cheap now.

        I'd avoided it for that reason, but this weekend I got the starter and 2 extra figures (5 total) for $30. Kids love it!

        Kmart has Wii starters for $35, target did have PS3 and 360 starters for $25, not sure if that was in store or just online though (just Spyro's Adventures, not Giants)

        Hopefully a couple of these left after work, probably be sold out by the time I get there though lol.

        Got the starter pack for Xbox from DSE for $25, then went to Target for 2 chars for $2.83 each.

        I rang a couple of Target's and they all said they are clearing out stock of the original Skylanders, but most only had 1-2 left. I managed to find a heap of Target Ringwood, singles and packs.

  Can confirm a price match in the George St Sydney store. They were going to do a Triple pack for $10 and a single character for $5. I only got the $5 Whirlwind, thats all my son needed.

  They have a bin full of lightcore and single characters, mixed series 1 & 2 for about $8.90 (sorry can't remember exact price) which is almost 1/2 normal price anyway

    Try Target, call them first and confirm stock. Usually pretty good over the phone.
