I never received my game. They made me fill out a form and refunded me today. A mate who also ordered the game on that deal, also never received the game.
This got me thinking, did anyone get a copy through this deal? While it's only a sample of 2, I'm starting to smell a rat like they were losing money so didn't send them out or something.
I pre-ordered Bioshock Infinite from The Hut and it arrived 25 days after the release date :(
They (and to be honest Ozgameshop) are horrible when it comes to preorders for some reason. MOst of the time you can depend on getting the stuff within 2 weeks but never preorders.
Check out Mariio128. I got my Bioshock from them preordered for $46 delivered and had it within about 10 days after launch.
I only pre-ordered once from ozgameshop, my Ni no Kuni WE arrived in under a week, was very well packed & the price was great.
Which was a relief as when I ordered, everywhere else was price gouging and I previously had some packages from ozgameshop arrive in really bad condition (such as with massive holes in them) and was not prepared to pay a 60% premium to get it from another dealer.
I've ordered a lot from them but it seems lately, their delivery times & packaging have gotten a lot better at the cost of their prices & sales getting a lot less enticing.
Yeah they aren't as cheap as they once were but I guess we can't have it all ways. They are still my go to shop if I want something quickly but affordable.
Really annoyed as did not receive Bioshock and also made to fill out a form. Still have not received refund. This is the first and last time that I purchased anything from the Hut. Too much of a coincidence as I have never had anything go missing before!
Strangely I have not been made to fill out any forms. They said they have posted out replacements. Makes me think they were never posted out to begin with.
I was wondering the same about injustice gods among us. I had two parcels go missing last month from thehut group.
