yeah, I used it a couple of times about 2 years ago and were quite good. shipping charge is reasonable.
I used Tenso about 2 months ago for another 'free shipping' offer. Unfortunately the OP on here and the fine print on the website didn't match up and I made my order too late and ended up paying about $50 shipping.
Tenso is a hassle, I will admit. You have to verify your identity (send in photo ID - drivers license will do) and once you receive your first order, then you're verified. Then there's also a whole bunch of matching up your Rakuten purchase with Tenso to determine if you're actually eligible for free shipping .. sigh. Great offer though and worthwhile if you're willing to go through all the trouble.
Did these guys have the cheap Kindle Paperwhites? I can't seem to find them now.
EDIT: faulty memory, it was Amazon.co.jp. The Tenso link threw me off.I bought the paperwhite through Amazon JP a couple of months back using Tenso and found the whole process very simple.
