iCade is compatible with iMame4all emulator, but you need to jailbreak your iOS device in order to install that emulator.
I have an iCade and it's BOSS, but please check compatibility before you buy games for it, as OP has kindly linked.
Please note, like a real arcade machine, the buttons are loud, so keep that in mind if you are intending to use it in environments like libraries, tennis tournaments and funerals.
Another note: it's bluetooth, so some android tablets will be able to use it too :)
