  • I bought this to go with my new Dell laptop that should be arriving tomorrow.

Postage was $15 to Melbourne but I imagine because its a has an Exo-Shell it is a bit harder to pack….

  • I already have a nice STM bag for my laptop but if I didn't I think I'd grab one of these.

  • lol the turtle shell.

  • +1

Good price. But if you have a MSY store near you, its only $64 if you want to pick it up in person (also a bit cheaper than $55 + $15 =$70 total cost). I had a look at the local retailer before, i think they are bit too big for my liking. The shell protrudes too far out and looks quite cumbersome and the fact is not collapsable makes it worse IMHO. Good if you want extra protection though.

It is quite chunky, I've hit numerous people on public transport when I turn. It can't carry water bottles or my lunch box either. The laptop compartment is in the center of the bag so it is protected very well but that makes it heavier. i.e further away from body, moving the center of gravity.

Great bag for geeks or if you don't mind wearing it in public.

  • when mayer had a test run, man i gotta say its kinda like a turtle shell on my back btw the price at mayer is 75 so if you dont wanna wait spend 5 more bucks on it OR try JB i think its cheaper then mayers.
