  • Simple form fill out required (the details they ask for is in order to create an account with them, it's not clear at first, there is no confirmation link email though).
  • Remember to select Australia in the country menu up the top.
  • Delivering a sample may take about 30 days.

*Note you cannot request a sample if you got one last time or have ordered from them before.

Enjoy!

  • Any idea why they require a password? Perhaps they need my shoe size and favourite colour too.

    • You are creating an account with them in order to get the samples, that password is for your account. You can choose not to receive emails though if I remember correctly.

  • Just signed up with my real name and address, and fake birthday, email, phone, etc.

    The page then told me…

Thank you for applying for BROOK'S free sample promotion.

The confirmation mail will be sent to your registered mail address.

Hmmm - I wonder what it says LOL

    • Not sure if I should Neg or not.

It seems outrageous to be giving away that much information just to get a sample coffee bag.

They'd be better off sending them out QUICKLY and encouraging people to come back to the site. The way that they are doing it they are forcing people to give them fake contact details.

      • Yeah I thought the same as well. I did some research though just to make sure they were legit and they are all good. The reason for all the information is so you have an account, so you can order from them if you like the sample (not really clear, worked it out after). They send this email after:

This e-mail was sent from BROOK'S coffee Global Market.

Thank you for applying BROOK'S Free sample promotion.
Delivering a sample may take about 30 days.

That much information? They are signing you up for an account for if you buy something that's all, they look awesome I can't wait to give it a go. Thanks Hamza.

They are signing you up for an account for if you buy something that's all

          No, that is NOT ALL.

They are samples… how does the user know if they want to create an account and order more before they even tried the product?

A sample should be a sample. Providing a ton of personal details is absolutely unnecessary - the ONLY reason they would need this is so that they can spam you later.

Anyway, because of their stupid policy they just collected a fake set of details from me. I hope that helps them in their marketing efforts NOT.

        • Okay calm down, I agree, I was just explaining what the site seemed to do it for :) Hope you enjoy the samples anyway.

    • Damn, no confirmation email sent to my account after giving them all that info.

Honestly, the most disgusting coffee I ever tasted. So it's probably an acquired taste.
