Ok, but this is a freebie… Even if it's missing something, it's not like you paid for it.
Did you try contacting them to resolve the issue? It sounds like you just assumed they were evil without trying to get a refund or anything.
That sounds much more like a publisher than a seller issue - how can Bookdepository control if there was a physical error when a book was produced? I've had books with chapters physically sewn into the wrong places. It's rare but happens. I can't blame the person I purchased it from, they didn't physically make the book!
I'm sure a basic email would have fixed the problem. I've purchased many things from Bookdepository in the US and UK, never had an issue. Everything arrived within 10 days from overseas.
When I informed them of this issue, they would not reply. That is the main reason I blame them as well
Downloaded, read… nothing new in it and its not even the whole book. Its just a sample.

Sample of a book = has no value to begin with, therefore not a bargain.
Otherwise we could start a thread for every single book with a google preview.
I wouldn't get anything from bookdepository, even for free. I bought a textbook in February year for uni this year and is missing a whole chapter and half of another one and has about 80 pages in the wrong place.
They are definitely on my black list
