7.5 weeks and still no delivery from the Back To The Future Bluray bargain. When I emailed them, they said, after 6 weeks they cannot do anything. WTF. Don't buy from this mob. Anyone else getting delayed shipments or no delivery at all? Seems like a growing issue seeing the long Whirlpool threads on the subject.

yep 100% chargeback, thats why i only ever use my CC though paypal, its like double wrapping with one of those Australian day condoms that where on special not too long ago…

Until I read that they told you, I was going to say they have a 40 day policy. If you email them before then, they usually dispatch another straight away. Happened when I ordered Metal gear rising of them and it went missing.

yes ordered something and never received it. Even after refund lose money through exchange rate change.
I had the same problem but with TheHut. Opened a paypal dispute and got my money back 10 days later.But i still lost about $2 in the exchange rate and conversion fees by CBA.
Edit: Now I use my wife's paypal account n 28degrees cc whenever I buy from overseas. Should get my own.

Ive used them twice before and always received my orders
They are pretty awesome, only ever had one order go missing, i emailed them a few times, they were like email us after 30 days then we can help.. emailed them on day 31, they re-shipped missing items using their traced international shipping (which is usually 18pounds) and it arrived a week later.
I think the missing parcel was not zavvi;s fault, more likely the fault of a five fingered discounting postal employee.. There was a news story on 7 news last week about aus post investigating a large number of amazon parcels etc going missing once they arrived in their despatch centres in sydney, So it seems to be common given we all live in a online shopping age.
Just tried the code;

Had some underwear in the basket…not sure if it's expired, or not valid with those items.
Either expired or 1000 use has reached… I'll mark it as expired then.
