Found this a local Harvey Norman at Liverpool today, doesn't say anything in the website but closest is twin lens Kit, current stock of the EOS 1100D in liverpool is 16 for single lens kit, the sign that says tax time says it was originally $349 but when they checked the computer it ended up being $21 cheaper.

Got the twin lens 1100D for around the same price from DSE in April.
Best way buy single lens kit, then buy the 75-200mm lens from ebay / other site for around $100-120 so u end up saving alot more, with twin lens kit voila

This Price is INSANE !! Hardly Normal , remember those days bought me self a Sony compact point and shoot camera for $549 over Xmas. :0 Tomorrow morning to Harvey's again.

The photo and web page show the twin lens kit, not the single lens one. The single lens kit is often for sale at HN at around this price, even when it is advertised at a higher price, and even when the $328 offer has expired. Not all stores sell at the sale price. Ring around!

It's $328 for none of the above. The single lens is, as per website, $348. Still very cheap. Get a better lens like the 18-200 and you can have a lot of fun.

It's $20 more and probably the cheapest you can get it for in the universe.
The 1100D is not a very good camera at all… You are much better off saving the extra ~$100 or so and getting a cheap 550D.
This. I'd even go so far as to say to spend a little more again and get a 600D. I've had mine for over a year now and once you're comfortable with it and an SLR, expanding its capability with Magic Lantern just adds so much more for free!
The articulated screen on the 600D alone is worth the extra money.

I'm glad I found this thread. I called up Harvey Norman on Martin Place and they have this in stock for $348.
The guy didn't give me the extra $20 off :(
Single lens 18-55mm.
The sticker on the box says RRP$599.95.
JB Hi-fi on Pitt Street Mall have it for $499 and they would not price match it so I got it at Harvey Norman.
It's a good size and not too heavy so perfect for travel.
Target have it for $101 more at $449.
Gosh that's cheap!
