      No, The Nexus 7 is a ~7 inch screen tablet the Nexus 10 is a ~10 inch tablet. They complement each other not replace each other. Think iPad vs iPad mini.

    I got mine from google store as soon as it came out. and got the TRS back, so it turned out to be something in the range 450ish. so i would say this is a good price, but it didnt fall like nexus 7
