Wow, this is a very good price ! I'm really contemplating buying one as I need one. I'm assuming this is the maximum size allowed for checked baggage ?

No, capacity doesn't equal weight. How much you can fit in it would be determined by how well you packed, and the type of things you pack in it.
If it helps, at 77cm it's one of the larger sizes that suitcases usually come in .
You'll maximise your storage capacity by filling it with water.

Or you could fill it with lead, which is 11 times the density of water. It would weigh a tonne.

Are these sturdy? I've seen some similar looking ones from discount stores or Kmart and they are very flimsy and cheap looking.

Saw that ALDI in Carnegie, Vic, had carry on size hard hand luggage trolley cases with 12 months guarantee for $39 or $36 dollars each. Think they only had 2 wheels but didn't check them out carefully. JoyV
