  close to 200 clicks and yet no comment and no votes….i tell you why:

  1. WHO buys adidas racquets? I played for 20 years…and today I realized they are in the racquet market? Destined to FAIL.

  2. For $100 (inc. postage)….anyone could pick up a old model AWESOME racquet made by WILSON/HEAD/BABOLAT/PRINCE and other bigger brand from Rebel or Amart allsport.

  3. probably only 0.01% of ozbargainers plays tennis….and the 0.01% of tennis players would think who now specifies the racquets' length in "centimetres"….wtf…put it in INCHes…..(ppl will think you guys are newbies)

  4. THAT IS ONE UGLY LOOKING RACQUET "HEAD" SHAPE. Thought they stopped making "ROUND"/"CIRCLE" shapes now ….

  but out of curiosity…..who in the top 1000 tennis players uses a Adidas racquet? I know heaps wears it…but not used it's brand racquet.

    As the article suggested, getting endorsement from a top pro seems to have been problematic: racquets launched 2008 and still no one.

    I'm old enough to remember round-headed racquets. Reminds me of when Borg made his ill-fated comeback using a wooden racquet!

      I am sure if they pay Federer 100 Million USD to use Adidas racquet, then it will soar in its sales.
      But again, Wilson will say Piss off…I will pay Fed 200 Mil…..then the fight goes on and on….and Adidas will still lose!

      Maybe shouldn't use Fed as an example, maybe Murray since he wears Adidas.

  I have played tennis for 35 years and there is no way the racquet in that picture is 105 inch head…..it looks tiny, probably less than 90 inch.

  OP…..you able to do the new Fed racquet or New Nadal racquet at around $100 delivered? since their normal RRP is around $270 or $300 too.
