Cordless DECT phone w/ 'press & hold' speed dialing?

Hi all!

Been looking awhile now for a DECT cordless phone set (1 is fine, but preferably 2 or 3 handsets) which has 'one touch/press & hold' speed dialing like on mobile phones. Most of the ones I've come across are 2-step 'press #, then call button'. Would be great if it will work with VOIP ATA's too.

I'm getting an NBN setup w/ router + ATA (porting PSTN #) for my grandparents who aren't all that good with new tech- so the simpler, the better!

If anyone knows of one which has this function, pls recommend. If there are none out there I'll settle for the latter option.
