  Did a quick benchmark on Crystaldiskmark running 100MB test
  Sequential Read : 17.610 MB/s
  Sequential Write : 7.115 MB/s
  Random Read 512KB : 18.073 MB/s
  Random Write 512KB : 3.113 MB/s
  Random Read 4KB (QD=1) : 2.383 MB/s [ 581.8 IOPS]
  Random Write 4KB (QD=1) : 0.140 MB/s [ 34.1 IOPS]
  Random Read 4KB (QD=32) : 2.662 MB/s [ 649.9 IOPS]
  Random Write 4KB (QD=32) : 1.089 MB/s [ 265.9 IOPS]

  It's not that bad for a USB 2 actually.

  I just received a call from them saying they had no stock and offering a different non-themed drive but I didn't ask what brand/model as I only bought this to give to a friend who likes Xmas stuff. They said that i'll have to wait for more stock to arrive then.

    Now they email me saying they are out of stock and offering me a Sandisk 8G instead at no further cost otherwise a refund.
