Went to Big W Doncaster, VIC and tried to purchase a $50 Katmandu card for $40 - price scanned correctly but the card has some issue with activating - so they gave me a refund. The issue has been escalated and will hopefully will be fixed soon. Anyone else tried to buy the Katmandu gift cards and experienced this?
I had the same issue, bought around 2 hours ago, they were trying to fix it. They held the cards for me in the meantime. Hopefully they can fix it soon
I had the same issue - the system attempts to apply $40 to the card, but the card appears to must require a value of $50. The store staff said the iTunes & other cards were fine; but it was only the Kathmandu ones that had this issue. Have you had the issue resolved?
FYI, the problem has been fixed, so if you can still find the Kathmandu $50 cards or had them on hold at a store, they now scan through the system and work.
There are no Kathmandu gift cards in stock at the Macquarie Centre Big W at the moment. 15 year old manning the customer service desk not sure when they'll get more.
that's where I got my cards earlier this morning, it's not working though - bought 4 but the supervisor immediately gave me a refund. no more cards left.

They didn't have the $50 cards; only $100 ones

Kathmandu stacking could be good.
Like the Goodguys gift cards I used to get a crazy deal on discounted PSN cards and then bought discounted PSN games.
Stacked them discounts so hard!
So: Buy Kathmandu voucher, wait for a sale, stack that 20% on whatever discounted item!
