Interest rates are still low. Property prices are starting to rise - the last time this happenned all the property spruikers came out of the closet touting the road the riches, organising seminars at the local RSL, etc etc. Same story again - just look at the ads on SMH online where two DIFFERENT property spruikersd are at it.
Do we know anything about this mob at all? How is this a deal and not spam?
