Dont bother with them, I recently purchased a CPL filter for my camera. First thing they do is try to call you on a LANDLINE and confirm your identity. Now I became sick the day after I bought the filter so they sent me an email saying that your verification is pending and you need to provide a copy of your license and the card you made transaction with (with the last 4 digits hidden). I thought fair enough, I sent the info.
After 5 days I receive an email that they dont have the filter in stock and it would take another week to source it. I immediately replied asking whether I'll receive it by first week of August. No reply over the last 3 days and they took the money from my account yesterday. My status still shows pending…..
I do have good experience with them though. i ordered a Galaxy Note2 from them early this year. Odered on Friday afternoon and received on the following Tuesday before 12. No landline call confirmation.
but in this case, i can't see any reason why not order from MSY ;-)
Ridiculous shipping fee, not local warranty, not cheapest price.
