        Thanks again - the 2 shirts I want look to be $41 each to print (OUCH) this way I could get 2 shirts, with delivery for somewhere in around the $39 range. Seems potentially good.

        @hamwhisperer: Have you been getting e-mails from Vistaprint? They offer "deals" some they say are free. If you've ordered any of them they go into your order history. Even if the "free" offer isn't currently offered generally, you can still reorder from order history.

        @hamwhisperer: Also I'm dumb, it was $39 plus $39 but still only $25 per custom shirt, shipped - not bad regardless.
