    Hehehe, looks like they scanned in an out of copyright book from 1947, look at the handwriting on the first page. Still, free is free.

      Yes. It say text-based only as per description, I found it hard to go through the steps as very limited diagram/pictures.

    The ATM already knows this trick. Counted to 3 and it made my debit card disappear :(
