    Was thinking about revamping my résumé just a few days back. This couldn't have come in better timing.

    Thank you for sharing it.

    Thanks for sharing this. I too am looking for work and keep being told "Do it this way" "no do it that way". Sheesh. :)

      So you want to be told to do it yet another way? :)

  • Thanks. Has been a long time since I've updated my resume. Probably a good time to give it a decent revamp.

  • Thanks, will look at it to renovate my resume. Please Hire Me.

  • Thanks OP, appreciate your post

  • I'm of the opinion less is more. Bullet points are good. I was almost tempted to compress it to a single page, ie
    * my details
    * my qualifications
    * my skills
    * my key attributes
    but I'm not quite there yet. I have read an IT one that listed almost every single acronym under the sun and all the way down to that fact they patched firmware…

    I think the key point is that you need a resume for a recruiter and another for the manager. Both people have completely different agenda.

    • My son, having just left year 12 last year is struggling to fill an A4 page with content of past employment history and achievements etc…lol.

    This is perfect timing. I'm sick of sitting at home doing nothing

    Hopefully after reading this free book I can get a job on the council and get paid to do nothing

    I have this book from a previous deal. The List of Power words in the bonus section is GOLD!

    It took me almost an entire month to fix my resume not that I was looking at it every passing second but it was a real effort to rework on something that I thought originally was perfect.

    Now I like the new look of my resume but I am still finding it hard to break away from the sector that I am currently in. I though was offered two jobs but none that I wanted :(

    All the best!
