With cycling season coming up (days getting longer, warmer etc), I thought this was too good a deal to go past. I've been looking at buying one of these from 1-day's sister site, Torpedo 7 for a while and very nearly did when they went on sale last week at $59.99.

Luckily, I hadn't bought one yet - because today, as part of 1-day's cycling sale, they're 55% off the regular price. Aside from the fact that Torpedo7 are generally cheaper than a lot of other cycling retailers anyway, this price was too good to pass up for me. Elsewhere, similar products can cost up to $200.

There are also some other good buys in the sale, so feel free to add to this post in the comments. Giyo pumps from $12.99 are hard to go past for their quality too, but it's worth checking the T7 site to check their regular price.

    Bought exact same system 5 years ago from torpedo 7 for $50 (may well have been on sale then too). Great stand, good price even with the shipping.

    The T7 2 bike storage system is designed to keep your bikes, boards, grandmother, or anything else off the floor and out of the way.

    Now i just need a second grandmother!

    Because it only has two non rotating hooks to hold on to the bike it wouldn't be any good for my ladies bike right? its step through so there's no bar from the handlebar to the seat post if you know what I mean?

      You can get y frame adaptors, they are generally made for car rack holders. Basically a tube with hoops at each end.

      Heres one on ebay - not suggesting it is cheapest, but gives you an idea of what to look for. Some auto shops may be cheaper (I have seen cheaper, but cannot recall where)

    Really poor on 1-day …. they sent me this email.

    "We are very sorry but in the process of dispatching your order we have become aware due to a technical error we unintentionally sold this into Australia and due to size this is unable to be supplied.. This means we are unable to supply this to you and we will have to cancel and refund this from your order"

      That's very poor, sounds like they underestimated how much shipping would cost them, and decided to cancel rather then take the hit.
