My 2 cents,
I bought a coat last time when they advertised on OB, their product looked very nice on the picture. After receiving the coat, I noticed there are lots of strings hanging from it, it looks like the coat hasn't been through any quality control thus feels quite cheap and incomplete with many bad sewings across the whole coat.
I contacted the company and explained the issue, they asked me to send it back. After returning the product, they said, the product is perfectly fine!!! and I wasn't refunded the postage fee.
Be aware of additional return fees if the quality of the coat looks different than what is in the picture.
ive never had a problem with them i reckon i have ordered about 20 items from them and never once had anything look bad.
Sometimes, when a garment is manufactured, there are loose threads left behind that can be safely removed. Can you confirm if this is what you might have seen, or was it just shoddy workmanship?
They weren't removable, we tried and at some point one had to totally resew it again, maybe I was unlucky but when they argued the product is perfectly fine, I was surprised.
To be a successful online clothes shop, they need to allow for free returns.

Our returns policy is quite flexible - we have a returns centre in Mascot, Sydney that product can be returned to for refund.
If the item is faulty then we're happy to pay the return postage - in this case the best thing to do is contact our customer service team on [email protected], send photos of the issue and we will arrange collection of the parcel.
Salehiam, we're sorry you had a poor experience with this - I've just had a read through the customer service log for your order and it seems as though a credit of $10.75 (the postage amount) was applied to your account through a discount code as part of a compromise. Fire us an email on [email protected] if you're having trouble using this credit.
Refund is different than in store credit :)
Refunded the item cost, but return postage offset by in-store credit.

however when you're on their mailing list they full on spam your email. like a few emails a week.
