LOTF opens today at 537 George St, just down from Event Cinemas (btwn Bathurst & Liverpool). They are handing out the coupons at both ends of the store.

    IMHO most overhyped underdeliver fast food around. better buy 1 dollar small chips in McDonnald. Soggy fries.. ugh

        I also tried in Melb & they weren't soggy but the very first chip I bit into just had a really disgusting taste to it, so never again.. It was probably a one-off but I just can't make myself do it.

    If you're actually walking past on their side of the street and they give you a voucher, than I guess it's worth it. If you have to cross the road, then don't bother.

    fries are bad

    burgers are great. only realised after eating that they werent real meat!!!!!

      Do they actually advertise their burgers being vegan? I was almost going to get one at flinders st station, then my friend told me its not real meat. Didn't really look closely at the menu to see if it said this anywhere, but from a distance with the pictures I just assumed they were normal burgers. But had I paid $11 or whatever it is for a combo, then find out later, I would have felt ripped off.

    Lord of the fries are the best, Canadian fries and burgers can't beat it.but I'm off the opinion that it's a plus that they don't use meat and are a conscious fat food joint.so each to their own I guess, but you're wrong.

        I saw the vouchers . It is 6 per A4 paper. but you can get only one a day.

    If it's not colour printed do you think they would care/notice? Has anyone been successful with a B&W print out?

      A lady working there was very nice and took the B&W print out. I don't know if it will work for everyone (especially if one of the others is looking over the person serving you's shoulder). So I got a free chips! The queue was fifty - sixty people long, but n oone seemed to have vouchers for the promotion (just good business it seems). I gave most of my chips to a guy crouching on the ground outside KFC with two ten cent coins in his hat. He seemed to be writing something, but smiled and accepted the chips.

      I also got through the queue, I didn't mean to queue jump because I was just looking to see if other people were handing in vouchers but then the lady asked me what she could do for me and I had the voucher in my hand and she took it immediately and pinned it to a receipt collector then ordered the small chips for me. So twenty minutes waiting saved and a free chips, pretty happy.

    These were amazing. Not sure what you guys are on?
    Crunchy and fresh. Huge queue though. Get ready for a long wait.
