    i am trying to work out how that is a satisfaction guarantee? usually one would be able to return an OPENED bag for a refund, thus a satisfaction guarantee. you just have a return policy

      Well, legally speaking it is just an extension of the returns policy which covers change of mind. However, for the consumer it is virtually a conditional satisfaction guarantee in the sense that you get to try the ‘free’ bag you received and you can return the other unopened bag for a full refund if you aren't happy. I'd say this is a better satisfaction guarantee than a 'true' one, especially since you get to keep the opened bag. Anything involving defects etc. is automatically covered by Aus consumer law.

        It's not a full refund, it's. partial refund, and the buyer is still left with an unsatisfactory (in their opinion) bag of beans and money out of pocket.

    Was going to do this deal, but the option for free postage went away after putting in BOGOF, they want to charge 8.00 postage so that makes the coffee 20.00 per Kilo not such a bargain if you do not know how good the coffee is.

    Wow! I'm just a hard working Coffee Roaster hoping to expand the market for my coffee, I'm certainly not out to stiff anyone.

    7. annon123: This is an online offer only i.e. you cant pay at the Roastery. Buy your coffee, specify pick - up and your coffee will be ready for you with an invoice in the Alexandria warehouse.

    8. Enigma Mix: There is no free postage. You can take the offer and if you don't like the coffee (which i doubt) take advantage of the partial refund. See item 1

    I can vouch for the fact this coffee is good. K.A. blend has a kick and is great for milk coffees. Espresso is great for that but some friends of mine reckon it has chocolate notes when having as a capuccino.

    No the stupid site just will not ship to me, so ignore the above comment. Seems Tasmania is considered foreign so they won't sell to us.
