Where can I take my Kyocera Laser Printer to be fixed in Perth?

Having some problems with my printer at work. Anyone know any that are reliable and not too expensive?

  • Hate to say this, but is it a "Cheap and nasty" one or a fully-fledged office work-horse ?

If the former……Drop it in a dumpster on your way to Officeworks to pick up a new one :(

  • Its a Kyocera FS-C2126MFP - Pretty bloody expensive, my boss picked it out, i thought it was stupid and would have preferred a brother. It's stupid coz whenever the toner runs out of one colour, you cant use the printer again until you stick a new toner in, not even black and white! And it doesn't come with any scanning software. For a $1600 printer you expect it would just work but its been nothing but headaches.

Now its saying "Toner Container Improperly Installed" I've tried to reseat all the toners but no luck, im guessing something is stuck or a sensor is blocked i dunno, I just need to work out where to take it to get fixed. Maybe after its fixed I can sell it and get something a little easier to use. Do these have good resale value used?

    • Resale value on printers is horrendous. The ceramic drum on the Kyoceras is a fabulous idea, but in the end I don't think it is worth the premium.
