I must have as well, it tells me I have already claimed it but I have never used or seen this product before.

I've never received any spam from them other than a bunch of free samples.
The only real information I gave them is my postal address. That's it.
I think that wording is necessary given the type of business they're in. For what it's worth, my personal experience is that I have never received anything other than the samples in the post.
Please, enlighten us with a delivery service that has never asked for your name, mobile number, street address or email.
People keep saying this, but other people keep saying they don't receive spam from them. Neither do I. In fact the only thing I get from them is offers to try products that I've already tried (and none that I haven't) - and then denied because I have!
"soothes the skin…" LOL. This shampoo felt like it was BURNING MY SCALP. Like it had Vicks Vaporub in it or something. But the review afterwards gave me nowhere to tell them!
I burnt my face and have red swelling. My eyelids are the worst. I thought at first the stinging around my eyes was hayfever but it soon became obvious it was not. : (
It's been quite a while since I've used H&S but I think it does tell you in the instructions to only leave it on for a short time though that info may be missing from these tiny sample bottles. I also recall a burning sensation when using it, didn't end up with any major issues but it sure felt like I was going to.

The sample is tiny fyi, I have about 20 at home (don't ask) and they lasts about 2.5 washes maybe.
Actually the few samples i've so far received from pinchme are quite generous in size…..
also quite good that this time the samples still not run out yet from ozbargained!
I think that is because they are not dishing out repeats. So only people who haven't claimed it before get it. That should reduce the number of eligible people quiet a bit.
