  I've bought Kustom shoes before, I have size 10(UK)/11(US) that are the right fit. Normally (I thought) AUS sizes were the same as UK sizes, but http://www.citybeach.com.au/page/size-guide seems to suggest AUS sizes are equivalent to US sizes. Other online fit guides indicate that AUS sizing is one size down from US (eg. http://www.styletread.com.au/shoe-sizes).

  I know I need size 10(UK)/11(US) but can't work out whether I need to order size 10 or 11 on their website. Anyone have any ideas?

    Sorry, for the delay in returning to this thread. I had to get some rest.

    As with Vans Shoes, and others of this 'ilk', they are using USA sizing. So, you should need a size 11.

    Now, that is a great find! I am over 60 and still buy the odd few things from City Beach (mostly for my wife and for our 20year old son) when they are on sale. Wallets, beanies, casual shoes, etc.
