I wonder why Superdry stopped offering size XS for men here?

    • +8

They are already a bit on the small side, so i wonder if that plays.

      • +2

Superdry usually runs on the smaller side and you need to go one size large. I usually get an S with other brands but an M with Superdry

        • More like 2 sizes. I was in shop today.

It's a shame really. I used to buy their Essential Tees in XS, but it's now almost impossible to find one in that size.

They still have one puffer in XS:

      https://superdry.com.au/products/vintage-retro-puffer-jet-bl…

But according to the reviews, it fits more like an S. I remember buying an XS Double Zip Fuji jacket from them a few years back. The jacket was way too long. The sleeves were also quite long. I guess their XS jackets are designed for tall skinny people.

      • SuperDry is super small. I run a medium generally, sometimes a large. At SuperDry I'm an XXL

        • Is that 2XL?

good deal if you're happy looking like you work in finance and are at the game because your boss has corporate box tickets

    • +11

You need to wear at Patagonia to achieve this look

        • psst… i wear Superdry to work too…

as a uni student i couldnt afford Superdry back then… now more than 15 years later that is all i can afford!

          • @meong: My last Superdry jacket was bought 8 year ago….. Still going strong so no reason to buy another! Good thing they're built so sturdy, with inflation I probably can't afford a new one too!

      • I love Patagonia stuff ngl

Thanks. Just in time for summer

Luckily winter will be not far off so you can wear this.

better buy Superdry in store unless you. knew them well, size of them are weird.

    • +3

      this

    • +1

I found out the hard way

    • +3

They seem to be using Asian sizing. L = 2XL.

      • I’d more agree with the description of “weird” sizing. I’ve had perfect fit medium hoodies, loose medium hoodies, tight medium shirts, loose small shirts, and anywhere from small to large jackets that fit. Superdry used to be consistently undersized but these days it’s a lottery

    • Ha yeah. Comments here saying they run small but the parka I bought definitely runs large. Different items doing different things

  • +2

female version is better with Hood for the same price, but only 2 colours at $99 : https://superdry.com.au/products/hooded-sports-puffer-jacket…

  • Do these run large or small…

    • +1

      small…

Hi i just wanted to ask if the Sport Puffer Jacket is the same size and length with the North Face Men's 1996 Retro Nuptse Jacket before i pull the trigger on buying. Thanks.

No mention of fill type on the web site? Eg down, feathers or acrylic, or fill density. These are the key things that indicate a jackets warmth and value. Like advertising a car and not bothering to mention if its petrol, diesel or push mode only.

    • +1

Assume the cheapest crappiest material and don't give them your money

Winter has ended. Too much winter stock to have to hold onto until next year.

    • +15

That’s how end of seasons sales work yes….

  • Lots of jackets at $99 for both men and women, idk which of their terms for the jackets indicates they are warmer though.

  • Always go a size up for Superdry clothing. Sometime even two sizes up.

    • Not all. Parkas can size down

    • Not always, the leather jacket I got was spot on (I.e. got a large and it was too large, I'm a medium)

  • +1

I brought one, might be cold enough 1 day a year to wear in Sydney.

It's well made and very heavy

    • Hey mate, I'm about to pull the trigger did you size up one or two and what does the filling feel like?
      Cheers😁

      • Sorry for the late reply.

I'm 6'4 with long arms and usually where XL.

The XL is a great fit for me, I would not recommend going a size up

  • What makes this a sports jacket?

  • Hi Op,
If the jacket doesn't fit, can it be returned to a physical shop for a refund?

    • +1

Hi @pdtang, yes, you can exchange or refund in store.

      • Awesome, thanks!

  • +2

Cool I can wear this in the middle of Summer, like all the cool kids in Melbourne.

    • +1

Doesn't Melbourne has 4 season in a day?

  • This or a Macpac? 🤔

    • Coming from an owner of both, absolutely Superdry. I really rate Superdry quality, I've got 2 Macpac jackets, frankly I think they're relatively poor in comparison.

  • +3

Superdry is becoming the ozbargain official uniform

  • Is the XL more L or more XXL???

    • +1

For SD puffer hooded, mine is XL if my Superdry tee is size medium.

      • +1

        Righto so 2 sizes up

  • +1

    Return costs $10.95
    Beware
True to fit size.. ordered wrong size based on above comments..
And jacket looks much like a kmart puffer
