  • How are you a rep if you found out about it from a friend posting on your wall?

    • +2

      Friends/family of staff members are counted as reps, you don't need to be a direct employee.

  • Damn…ebay is not listed on the list…

  • @Boxycelery, my friend works at Bounce mobile and posted it on my wall.

  • +1

    The only problem is, the supporting retailers prices are a lot more than other sources.

    • hn price match? :)

  • Yeah, in reality you'll save around $100 dollars off the price at Kogan if you factor in that the supporting retailers are selling it for just over $100 more than Kogan, and that most phones are worth nothing on the bouncemobile trade in list.

  • hopefully the q10 will be on clearance before the promo ends :)

    • ooh a News Ltd phone, does it come pre-tapped?

  • This deal is applicable to plans as well, not just outright, it's a lot better value for that.

  • I haven't received mine yet, hopefully soon.
    I was late to order, I received a phonecall on Thursday Friday last week, saying it was despatched, with a freebie.

  • Does the Old phone have to be in good working condition ?

    • yes :(

      For a mobile device to be classified as 'Working' it must:
      be capable of being turned on and off;
      be fully functional in accordance with its user manual;
      have a screen that is working and intact;
      have a working touch screen (if applicable) which must not be cracked;
      contain the battery; and
      not have any physical or liquid damage.

      • So technically an old Nokia 3315 would also work…
        The only problem is it might be worth more than a 100 $ as a collectors item :-)

  • Hmm I wonder how much more I'd get for my old BlackBerry Torch.

    • A completed listing search on EBay is the best way to find out.

      I always use these cashback sites for phones/laptops etc that are in poor condition but still work. If your phone is in average or good condition though then you are much better off with Ebay.

      These cashback deals are best used with a really old $10 type phone, just so you get the $100 bonus and don't lose much/anything on the cashback for your trade in.
