    This web site seems a little iffy. There are no contact details, no information about where they are located, no phone number or email and half the content of the site is missing (FAQ, returns etc):

        Well the site may not be finished but as part of the checkout you ask us to agree to terms and conditions which aren't actually there!

        As below I cannot get in. Tried with FF and IE. I keep getting the "authentication" page and it just says "loading" and never stops.

          I just gave up trying to log in when it never finishes loading.

          I added the product to cart on http://aussiehairsalon.com.au/product.php?productid=17890 and proceeded to enter in the coupon code and paid through Paypal directly. It worked without logging in so you could try that out :)

          Well I tried again, cleared cookies and tried to order without creating an account.

          The only payment options are paypal or "wire transfer"(!). Anyway went through Paypal, clicked okay to authorise then I get an error message from the web site saying I have to accept the terms and conditions before I can order!

          Your site is a disaster. I'm going to pass this one.

    For all the guys out there, its a hair curler. My gf tried this few months back at a store and she was blown away by how easy it was to curl straight hair with this. Normally they use a hair iron which requires three times the skill and time. Can be an excellent present for your female friends!

        Also, the address on your invoice (189 Toorak Rd, Sydney) is that of a backpacker's hostel (http://www.hotelclaremont.com/transport.htm) that does not offer long-term accommodation (I called and asked). What's up with that?

      I agree, I was expecting to receive it a few days after purchase considering that it is within Australia! If there was no stock at the time of purchase surely we should have been notified - even a follow up email explaining a delay would have been appreciated. At what stage can I request a refund do you think?

        If I don't have the goods by Friday I will be requesting a refund. I am really annoyed, if you start a business and offer a deal, you should have the stock available at the time of the sale, otherwise its false advertising, in this day and age a delivery from Adelaide to Sydney should be overnight or two days at the latest. The Rep has done the wrong thing, there has been no emails directly to customers about the delay, very poor business practices. The Rep logged on yesterday to ozbargain and no communication, I am starting to think this is a scam/dodgey business, I will have no hesitation in taking this matter to scam watch & Accc, unless I get a response with confirmed date of delivery. Not Impressed at all.

    I've just disputed the transaction through PayPal. Apparently the seller has until a week to post the item out and if they don't respond in that time, I'll have to escalate it to a claim.

    I'm not sure if this helps but I found that the seller actually has an eBay account: http://myworld.ebay.com.au/priyanshupatela (the name seems to match)..

    Many Rusk Miracurls were sold at the end of August/early September around the time this deal went on. It appears that several buyers have received their products last week & this week. They seem to have waited for a long time too so I don't know if it's worth waiting for a little while more or attempt to get a refund now..
