Has anyone received an update for their Dlink purchase found at http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/115760 ?
I have a receipt and the money been taken, but I haven't heard a word since. My account is active and I guess it is pending postage.
After this Kogan debacle I am a bit nervous.
Mine was paid on the 8th. I just have a confirmed payment for the 8th. No dispatch.
Maybe I should call them.
I had the money taken and got a Paypal confirmation, but no receipt/tax invoice from D-Link. Emailed them and they indicated their shop had issues and asked me to tell them what I ordered and provide my details and they'd process it manually. Haven't heard anything more. I'm a bit worried, but Paypal is pretty good with addressing shonky merchants, so not too worried.
I still have the same from the 8th. Gonna give them a call.
Follow up - Dlink says they have had overwhelming orders (I read it as out of stock, but anyway). It will take another three days to process the order. Will hopefully have my 2890AL next week. YAY!

Been read for dispatch since last Thursday morning. I had to call about my order as for 4 days I had no correspondence. After I called it took about 20 min for them to send out a personal email asking me to wait 2 to 3 days for dispatch. Soon after I received three more emails saying ready for dispatch. Now nothing.
I'm thinking they have no stock and are waiting for shipment. Not sure if I feel miffed as I have been waiting for almost a week since the status was updated to ready for dispatch.
Anyone else have a problem?

Just received my Wifi Extender from Star Track today!
Got my modem! YAY!
Took another call to Dlink though… transferred three times then dispatch said it was in transit.
Even though had to call twice for an update as communication was poor, they were really quick in getting back to me. That is a plus.
Will hook everything up tonight and hopefully have a faster system than before!

Got my order today YAY. It is a bit slow but I didn't chase them up. Happy days.
I received 3 email updates from them at the same time on Tuesday. Just checked my account and it gave me this info.
