  The wheels have little"different" size Crack on each wheel. Crack may very with the picture. Attached pictures just for the reference.
  Crack will not effect any balance of the wheel, they just been sitting along for a while.

  small cracks - araldite epoxy will fix that.
  a veritable bargain.

  one of my mowers wheels is crapping out on me.

  If it breaks then I'd search (=scavenge) at the local dump for a replacement first.
