    The amount of butthurt OzBargainers have for a company not being prepared to cop a loss in the hundreds of thousands of dollars because of an obvious pricing error is quite amazing.

      Yeah their behaviour is very unwelcomed!
      Not sure how they can live with themselves, trying to take advantage of a company for a clear mistake.
      Then boycotting and slandering them when they don't get their way!
      All of them really need to get their head checked.
      I hope ever single person who downvotes Kogan products because of a previous pricing error should get a temp ban. It's pathetic

  That Samsung price error was my 1st purchase from Kogan, was disappointed for not getting the phone, but hey they refunded the $$, gave $20 voucher, sent the bonus item in less than 3 days, even though my purchase value was not over $50. So I'm still happy. It's normal that human being made mistakes. Nobody's perfect.

    Nah rubbish.. It was their fault! Kogan should give us all our phones. Plus we should all get an extra compensation of $500 each for waiting so long. I dont care if Kogan goes bankrupt and puts 1000 people out of work. The deal has to be honored!
    I dont care if honoring the deal means Samsung has to supply 10,000 phones under cost and they also go bankrupt and puts 1/2 a million people out of work. I just want my phone.
    I paid for it so its a done deal and I dont care about anything else!!! Got it!!!
