CONDITIONS OF FREE MOVIE TICKETS OFFER

1.To be eligible to receive your FREE MOVIE TICKETS FOR A YEAR (the ‘Offer’) you must take out a combined hospital and extras cover between 1 April 2009 and 31 May 2009 as a new MBF customer. Single Policies will be eligible to redeem one (1) ticket per month; couple, single parent and family Policies will be eligible to redeem two (2) tickets per month for 12 continuous months. Customers MUST maintain continuous combined hospital and extras cover to be eligible for each monthly movie ticket(s). Offer not available to Overseas Visitors or Corporate Overseas Visitors Cover customers. Direct Debit (or Salary Deduction) Policies only. Not available with other offers.

2. The Offer is only open to residents of Australia.

3. The Offer commences on 1st April 2009 at 5:00am and concludes on 31 st May 2009 at 11pm . Eligible customers are able to print/request tickets subject to their joining date and redeem these tickets in accordance with the instructions on the ticket.

4. Customers who join during April and May 2009 will receive a year’s worth of movie tickets which constitutes one movie ticket per month for 12 months for single Polices. couples, single parent and family Policies will be eligible for two tickets per month for 12 months. From the 1 st of each month post joining, customers will receive an SMS message with a unique code. This code can be activated online to access a movie ticket. Customers are required to go to www.mbfmovies.com.au to activate their ticket. The code will be valid until midnight on the 1 st of the following month after their original SMS. The code will qualify the customer for one ticket which can be printed from the website. The ticket will be valid until midnight of the following month from when the SMS was first sent.

5. Each Movie ticket has a RRP of "up to" AUD$16.50 and is redeemable, subject to seating availability, at a participating cinema. The movie ticket is not valid after 5pm on Saturday nights. The movie ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or replaced. Change will not be given irrespective of cinema pricing.

6. Customers who are also Blockbuster members can redeem the following offers. Separate vouchers will be issued and will be able to be printed off by customers when they enter their unique code. Vouchers will be valid until midnight on the last day of the month following the original SMS is sent. DVD rental vouchers are valid at Blockbuster locations – www.blockbuster.com.au.

i) Rent 1 Weekly DVD Movie for free. Members must surrender their voucher to redeem the offer. Normal membership and rental conditions apply. See in store for details. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Not valid on public holidays. Excludes games. One voucher redemption per Blockbuster membership per day only. This offer can only be redeemed once per month per Blockbuster membership.

ii) Rent 1 New Release DVD Movie and get 1 New Release Movie rental for the same or lesser value free. Members must surrender this voucher to redeem the offer. Normal membership and rental conditions apply. See in store for details. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Not valid on public holidays. Not redeemable for cash or credit. Excludes games. One voucher redemption per Blockbuster membership per day only. This offer can only be redeemed once per month per Blockbuster membership

1. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury sustained, as a result of taking up the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

All eligible customers will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the personal information supplied by entrants strictly for the purpose of conducting and facilitating this Offer(including but not limited to determining and notifying eligible customers). The Promoter may disclose personal information collected from entrants to other companies associated with this promotion to enable eligible customers to participate in this promotion. 10 If for any reason this Offer is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this offer, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to the approval of those authorities which have issued permits for the conduct of this offer, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer.
