I just got a kit of the TP-Link 200mbps the other day for $55 inc postage.

It's not the 500Mbps pack but it's closer to your budget. After I purchased I found another dude selling the same kit on eBay for about $3 less too, so search around.

Unfortunately with your limited budget you will have to wait for another offer to come around. Or you can try a second hand kit from eBay or if you increase your budget by $10 or so then here are some items on eBay with buy it now option. Keep an eye on dell website as we'll, they sell netgear powerline kits and they sell it for cheap every now and then.
