I paid $280 at Domayne just after it was launched. Great camera for photos but if you are looking at recording video for more than a minute at a time it suffers from a major battery flaw. Just check the Canon forum or youtube before considering. I kept mine but many took them back. Firmware updates have failed to address the issue and it looks to be a hardware problem.
